General Clerk (Petaling Jaya)


1. Co-ordinate the front desk functions and handle technical supports.
2. Attend to all incoming and outgoing calls appropriately and courteously.
3. Attend to all walk in customers/ visitors and provide excellent “customer service”.
4. Co-ordinate mails, dispatch and courier services.
5. Provide administrative support as and when assigned.
6. Ensure sufficient stationery supplies in the office.
7. Ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when necessary.


1. Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U or Professional Certificate in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
2. Presentable and likes to interact with people.
3. Possess pleasant personality and excellent telephone etiquette.
4. Computer literate and able to converse well in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese. (Conversant in Chinese will be an added advantage)
5. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
6. Preferably Non-Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
7. Applicants must be willing to travel.
8. Full-Time positions available.
