Responsibility :
1.Responsible for organizing, the daily manpower distribution and reallocation needs and other daily administration of employee records. 2.Lead and supervise the operators in meeting the quality and quantity target. 3.To ensure good housekeeping of production, machinery and equipment at all time. 4.To increase operators' productivity.
Requirements :
1.At Least 2 years or more working experience in related field is required. 2.Independent, responsible and self-motivated with good interpersonal. 3.Willing to work on shifting schedules. 4.Possesses leadership and supervisory skills 5.Applicants must be willing to work in Sungai Petani. 6.Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status. 7.Full-Time positions available. 8.Preferred male.
