Job Description

Responsibilities:

* To assist in preparing documentation for Procurement :
1. Purchase requisition approvals
2. Purchase Order listing
3. Invoice listing
* To assist in preparing application documentation for Logistics:
1. Import permit application (SIRIM) , handling exports , tax exemptions applications
2. Equipment listing and tagging
3. Insurance for procurement and movement of equipment between sites and also customer locations
* To assist in the submission and collection of all Customs, SIRIM, MICCI and MDEC documentation required to facilitate imports and exports of materials; and
* To perform general administrative functions.

Requirements:

* Diploma Holder in Business Administration or equivalent;
* At least 1-3 years experience in procurement background, custom handling and clearance
* Candidates must also possess a valid driving license
