TECHNICAL EXECUTIVE / CONSULTANT AT SHAH ALAM
Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate field action activities prior to launching at service centers.
* Provide consultancy on the trouble shooting and repair of vehicles to service centers.
* Manage and resolve technical request by service centers.
* Collect technical data, conduct analysis and provide report for all vehicle product concerns.
* Distribute and share necessary technical information within the organization.
* Conduct On Job Training.
Requirements
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Automotive / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field especially in automotive industry for Degree holder and 5 years woring experience for Diploma holder.
* Good planning and management skills with strong analytical mind.
* Customer oriented person with pleasant personality with excellent communication skill.
* Able to work independently and as part of team.
* Proficient in computer applications especially Microsoft Office.
