Requirements:

* Preferably candidate with age below 26 years old
* Minimum SPM/Diploma in qualification
* Computer literate
* Required basic accounting knowledge
* Efficient in typing & systematic in office filing
* Provide administrative support to the department
* Pleasant personality, hardworking & independent
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
* Possess own transport
* Knowledge in UBS Computerized Accounting System is an added advantage

Job Function:

* To handle all the accounting aspects of the company/related companies;
* Tidy up and arrange all Purchase Order (P.O.), Delivery Order (D.O.), Invoice, Statement and etc. by a monthly basic;
* Prepare and issue Payment Voucher (P.V.) and Cheque to all payable accounts accordingly;
* To coordinate the whole accounting system as well as operation information system (to operate UBS Accounting System);
* To liaise with auditor, assist and handle full-set account;
* To run all money and banking activities for our company/related companies;
* To assist the company financial planning and prepare monthly expenditure budget;
* To assist company's procurement process, arrange and take all necessary actions to follow up;
* To assist all administration works when necessary;
* With responsible for the tidiness and cleanness of our company/related company;
* To assist in answering telephone calls and taking down messages;
* To responsible in collecting facsimile transmittals and incoming correspondence letters forward to head of different personnel or department accordingly;
* To draft and type some of the correspondence letter and property filed in Company's file(s);
* To carry our any specified duties as may be instructed or delegated by senior management from time to time; and
* To ensure that the policies of the Company are followed at all times.
