Tasks :
* Various day-to-day activities, including answering phones, emails, live chat and provide assistance to clients.
* Generate reports.
* Serve as primary customer interface.
Qualifications :
* Experience in telephone and in-person customer service. Fresh Graduates are also welcome.
* Excellent verbal skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, both in Written and verbal.
* Internet knowledge. Must possess the ability to work well with a highly self-directed team of associates.
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, planning and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented individual.
* Ability to carry out oral and written instructions
