Jawatan Kosong : Customer Service Manager di Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities :

* Ensure exceptional customer support is delivered at all times.
* Managing, a 24/7 operation, call centre.
* Provide insight and direction in the planning of the entire customer support operation.
* Handle complex problems in a timely manner.
* Working and communicating effectively with fellow members of the customer support team.
* Communicating and relaying information with relevant departments within the group to ensure all operations are working co-ordinated fashion (raising issues to related departments).
* Help to ensure the best possible customer experience by responding to customers within a minimum time frame.
* Optimize customer support and manage processes to monitor employee performance.

Qualification :

* At least bachelor, no gender limitation
* Excellent verbal skills in English , Mandarin and Cantonese, both in Written and verbal.
* Over three years experience on customer service, call centre, and related positions.
* Internet Savvy.
* Excellent communication and coordination ability, and problem solving ability.
* Good team builder.
