Assistant Production Manager

Job Description :

* Position encompasses focus on Six Sigma.
* Key responsibility in continuous improvement.
* Will provide cost estimates for new products and major product changes.
* Involve in production scheduling.
* Monitor and improve productivity of production.
* Will facilitate communication between internal and external.
* Should have experience in machine and assembly.
* Should have basic understanding of MRP and JIT.
* Will facilitate the team problem solving activities.
* Basic to intermediate PC skill in Microsoft office applications.
* Must have strong organization skills.

Qualifications/Skills :

* Prefer Bachelor of Science Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* 8 ~ 10 years lean manufacturing.
* Ability to communicate (orally and through written communication) with staff on all levels of the organization is required.
