FIT OUT EXECUTIVE / COORDINATOR

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or its equivalent Minimum 3 years' experience in the interior design consultancy firm or shopping complex design and fit out department Computer literate and knowledge in AutoCAD, 3D Rendering software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Photoshop

LEASING EXECUTIVE

Min. Diploma holder or equivalent with min. 2 years relevant experience in leasing of shopping complex Independent and resourceful and must be able to work under pressure Good team player with strong drive and interpersonal skill, understand trends in the retail industry Must posses strong negotiation skills

EVENTS & PROMOTIONS EXECUTIVE

Min. Diploma/ Advance Diploma in Mass Communications / Advertising/ Media or equivalent with computer literacy Proactive, enthusiastic and confident Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written Able to meet short deadline, result-oriented, resourceful and a good team player Provide strategic advices, solutions and be an authoritative resource in the creation and development of new strategies, products and event themes and sites Willing to work long hours, weekends and public holidays

GRAPHIC DESIGNER / VISUAL MERCHANDISING ARTIST

Diploma or Degree in Art and Design, Fine Art, Window Display or other related disciplines Min. 2 years experience in production, decoration and stage set up in shopping centre or performing art industry is an added advantage Well versed in illustrator, Photoshop and related computer graphic software Creative, responsible, reliable and a good team player Able to work under pressure and require minimum supervision High motivated, pro-active and able to work long hours

SECURITY OFFICER

Min. SPM qualification Ex-police or military personnel preferred with relevant working experience in high building or shopping complex are encouraged to apply Good interpersonal and communication skills Good self-discipline and reliable Prepared to perform shift works, weekends and public holidays
